Shipping Policy

Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) to your delivery address

  • Flat Rate Home Delivery for most Jewelry and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; may include extra Flat Rate fee. Doorstep Delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate; .

  • Pickup from a local store with Ship to Store Delivery

  • Local pickup from a UPS Access Point. Never miss a delivery again by selecting UPS Access Point at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has arrived at the chosen location, and you can then pickup within 7 days at a time convenient to you.

Ship-to-Store Delivery


Pick up at a local store for items that are not already in stock at the store. 
The customer is charged a competitive shipping fee for most eligible orders.

Shipping to International Destinations 

Through our partnership with Borderfree, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in various countries. Through Borderfree, we present product prices in the international currency of our customer's choice and a guaranteed order total.
Customers in Australia, Canada, or Mexico can shop on those countries' websites.
To access International Shopping, choose the international shipping destination and preferred currency on our website by selecting the “Ship to” control at the top of any page.

Shipping To the USA from International Location

All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.

Shipping To APO/FPO Address

If you have a U.S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please proceed through the domestic checkout process.

Sales Tax

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*.
States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Except as otherwise noted, all sales are made by DaVinci’s Gem, Inc., and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. All sales shipped to Texas locations are made by DaVinci’s Gems. Texas, Inc. and the sales tax is based on the location where the order was received. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are F.O.B. destination points which mean title passes in California.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, custom Watches and made-to-order items, final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99, or some specific special order items. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
 
Holiday Return Policy

To help with your holiday gift-giving, we’re extending our return policy. Gifts purchased between October 15th  and December 24th, 2023 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2024, when accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.

  • Monogrammed or personalized items

  • Made to Order items, including custom Watches, chains

  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7, $.X8 or $.X9)

  • Moissanite Watches

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

 

Refund Policy

 

  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

  • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.

  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

  • Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).

  • Over $10,000 - If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you.

  • eMerchandise Cards - eMerchandise Card(s) will be issued as a refund tender for any online orders paid using any type of Stored Value Cards such as gift card, e-gift card, merchandise credit.
